Which Currency is accepted?

We accept the local currency. For example in Kuwait, we accept KWD

Will I get discount when ordering large quantities?

There will be no additional discounts for larger quantities.

Can I see the items somewhere? Do you have showrooms?

As an online shopping community we don’t have showrooms, You can be assured that our website will give you extensive item descriptions and you can always contact us and ask questions about a specific item and we will do our very best to assist you.

Is online payment by credit card secured?

All our online credit card payments are secured.

Can I cancel or modify my orders?

As long as the order is not packed yet, you can contact us and we will assist you.

Delivery Related

How long does it take to for my order to get delivered?
For orders placed within Kuwait - 5-10 business days (between 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
For orders placed outside the state of Kuwait - 7-14 business days To avoid any delay, please make sure to put the complete address details and contact number when placing your order.

How can I track my delivery status? You can always contact us to check on current order status.

Can I unpack and try the items on before I pay for the order? Due to hygienic reasons you cant try any of beauty products.

Can I return or exchange an item? Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions:

The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and can be displayed in its cover and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt. The goods to be replaced or returned are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase. Shoes and accessories should be returned with original branded boxes, placed inside a parcel box when being shipped. When trying on shoes please be careful not to leave traces on the shoe or damage the shoe box.
